Our Perinatal Mood Support Group is here to help when the transition to motherhood feels overwhelming. This is a judgement-free, mother-to-mother support group for women experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mood disorders during pregnancy or the postpartum period. The group is facilitated by experienced postpartum doulas who are well-versed in perinatal mood disorders, and who are PMD survivors themselves. Group facilitators can help to connect participants to professionals who treat PMD.

Perinatal Mood Disorders are often best treated with a combination of medication, therapy, and group support. Come join us to share your experiences and feelings with a supportive community of peers.

Meetings are always free, and are open to all pregnant women and mothers. Babies under one year are welcome to come, but we ask that older children remain at home. This group meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7 p.m. in our office
