Pregnancy takes so much physical and emotional strength. You're growing an entirely new human with your own body, after all! Meet-up with other people who are also putting in the hard work of pregnancy. Begin to build friendships and connect with folks who are due around the same time as you!

Our Prenatal Support Group is a free, inclusive space for pregnant people to gather together and share in the joys and challenges of this exciting time in your lives!

This group meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 12 p.m. Bring your own lunch and gather with other pregnant people at our office in Durham for a circle of support and conversation. The group is facilitated by experienced birth and postpartum doulas, Kallyn Boerner and Lauren Robinson, who will guide the participants through a focused discussion on topics relevant to this point in your life, while leaving time for check-ins and sharing.

This group, like everything we do at Emerald Doulas, is inclusive of all families and trans-affirming.
It is open to anyone in our community, EmDo client or not, who is currently pregnant.
