Dena (she/her) is a Certified Postpartum Doula, & Parent Educator

With a decade of experience in infant care research, Dena began her career delivering essential breastfeeding and safe sleep recommendations to nursing staff and new parents in maternity hospitals. Today she continues to use her extensive knowledge of AAP guidelines while working with doula clients.

Her calm and pragmatic approach brings a comforting presence, especially in the challenging early days of the fourth trimester.
